Xtream IPTV player

Xtream IPTV player — Android / Apple TestFlight

Many IPTV providers give you an Xtream Codes login instead of a playlist file. Doubo signs in with it directly and loads the live channels grouped by the provider’s categories.

Windows is available from Microsoft Store or as a portable ZIP. Android phones and tablets are available on Google Play and as a signed APK. iPhone, iPad and Mac are TestFlight betas; request an invitation through Discord. Android TV is not released. Features differ by platform and build.

What Doubo does with an Xtream Codes login

Sign in with host, username and password

Enter the server address your provider gave you; http:// is added if it’s missing and extra paths are ignored.

Live channels by category

Doubo loads the provider’s live categories and streams and shows them as groups you can browse and search.

Apple TestFlight beta. The password is stored only in the Apple Keychain on your device, never on a server of ours.

Apple TestFlight beta · Everything else works too

Picture in Picture, DLNA casting, TV remote, catch-up and dual audio described here refer to the Apple beta. TV discovery and casting depend on the Apple build and network permissions. These features are not all available on Android, Windows or the web player.

How to get started

  1. Find your Xtream Codes details

Your provider sends a server URL (often with a port such as :8080), a username and a password.

  2. Add an Xtream Codes source

In Doubo, choose Add, then Xtream Codes, and enter the three details.

  3. Watch

Live channels appear grouped by category. Pick one and play.

Try it in your browser first

Open the free web player and import a playlist link or file. CORS, HTTPS, codec, regional and provider restrictions can prevent playback; native apps also remain subject to source restrictions.

Questions

What is Xtream Codes?

Xtream Codes is a server panel used by many IPTV providers. Instead of sending a playlist file, they give you a server address, username and password that apps use to load the channels.

Can I turn an Xtream Codes login into an M3U link?

Most providers also offer an M3U link built from the same login (get.php with your username and password). Doubo can use either, but signing in with Xtream Codes keeps the password out of the link.

Does Doubo load movies and series from Xtream Codes?

Doubo loads the live channels today.

Is Xtream Codes supported on Windows?

Import your own authorized M3U/M3U8 link or file. Xtream Codes login is available in the Apple beta and Android apps; on Windows use your provider’s M3U link. The web player has separate format and browser restrictions.
